We are glad to inform you that for the 2001 ITALIAN CHAMPIONSHIP there will
be two sanctioned competitions (two rounds or manches) in Italy in a long
week-end 27,28,29,30th of april in Cervia.
The championship will be held at the Cervia Festival running from april 21st
to may 1st , the location (2 flying fields of beach sand) is 500 meters
southway from the main festival.

The competition is OPEN for all disciplines DI, DP, DT, MI, MP.
The admission fee is 10 Euro per person included insurance and passes.

Each competition will consist of three of the above chosen by the Judges
Panel and announced before the beginning of each competition.

IMPORTANT NOTICE - If the MP competitors are willing to do so, we could
add some new test figures in order to implement the list of MP
figures... In this case we'll post the drawings + descriptions asap.

Cervia is located on the Adriatic Sea coast at 100 km southway from Venice
and 100 km south-eastway from Bologna or 20km northway from Rimini, it is
easily reached by plane, train or car from everywhere in Europe.

The organizer ARTEVENTO of Claudio Capelli  has granted up to 15 free
accommodations (Bed and Breakfast + evening meals) for the competitors
wishing to stay the WHOLE PERIOD (from april 21st to may 1st) and STACK
Italy have decided to
give these free accommodations to foreign officials and competitors.
The free accommodations will be given on a first comes, first served basis.
THE FREE ACCOMODATION IS IN ROOMS WITH "FROM 2 TO 6 BEDS" WITH A TOILET +
BATHROOM SHARED BETWEEN 2 ROOMS.

For those who cannot be freely or who prefer a better accommodation (for
instance a double room with toilet + bathroom included + breakfast) the
prices are nearly 30-35 EURO per person.
